1. Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds may be considered under the following circumstances:
- Services not delivered as specified in the agreed project scope
- Significant delays caused solely by AurevionsSystems exceeding agreed timelines by more than 30 days
- Technical failures in delivered systems that cannot be resolved within reasonable remediation periods
2. Refund Request Process
To request a refund, contact us at [email protected] within 14 days of service completion. Include your project reference, description of the issue, and supporting evidence. We will acknowledge receipt within 48 hours and provide a resolution within 30 business days.
3. Partial Refunds
Where services have been partially delivered, refunds will be calculated proportionally based on the completed versus remaining project milestones. Milestone payments already approved for completed deliverables are non-refundable.
4. Non-Refundable Items
- Custom AI model training costs already incurred
- Third-party API usage fees and cloud infrastructure costs
- Consulting hours already delivered and documented
- Services rendered at the client's explicit request outside the original scope
5. Payment Processing
Refunds are processed via the original payment method within 10 business days of approval. Currency conversion fees, if applicable, are the responsibility of the client.
Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern the provision of AI integration and chatbot development services by AurevionsSystems, registered at Calle Tajo 6, Piso C, Alcobendas, Madrid, Spain. By engaging our services, you agree to these terms.
1. Scope of Services
AurevionsSystems provides artificial intelligence integrations, smart chatbot development, machine learning deployment, and related consulting services. Specific deliverables, timelines, and pricing are defined in individual project agreements or statements of work.
2. Client Obligations
Clients agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information necessary for project execution
- Respond to inquiries within reasonable timeframes to avoid project delays
- Ensure they have rights to any data or content provided for AI model training
- Comply with all applicable laws regarding the use of AI systems in their jurisdiction
3. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, AurevionsSystems assigns to the client all intellectual property rights in the custom-developed deliverables. AurevionsSystems retains rights to general methodologies, frameworks, and pre-existing tools used in service delivery. Client data remains the exclusive property of the client.
4. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of proprietary information shared during the engagement. This obligation survives termination of the service agreement for a period of 3 years.
5. Limitation of Liability
AurevionsSystems' total liability shall not exceed the total fees paid by the client for the specific service giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.
6. Service Availability
We strive for maximum uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service availability. Scheduled maintenance windows and necessary system updates may temporarily affect service access. We will provide reasonable advance notice for planned maintenance.
7. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Spain and the European Union. Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration in Madrid, Spain, in accordance with the rules of the Spanish Arbitration Club, unless both parties agree to alternative dispute resolution.
8. Modifications
AurevionsSystems reserves the right to modify these Terms with 30 days' written notice. Continued use of our services after the effective date constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
